Skull of the day!
Yay, had my drawing featured on Skull-A-Day!
It's the blesbok skull that I posted a while back but here's the link anyway, some great stuff on there:

Flossy
One of my art teachers at school used to call me Flossy.
I made this poster today, partly because noone has ever actually taught me how to use dental floss properly. I'm very happy with the 3D illustrations and the colour scheme, although I don't support West Ham... unless you're a potential client who does, in which case I'm an avid fan.

Thought I'd also post a few of my favourite NHS posters here as well. They're all very striking and perfect for the target audience.

This last one is great, I love the illustration:

Talking of cards...
Here are some christmas cards that I made for the past two years. Should probably start working on a new one soon.
2008 - Antlers

2007 - The Selfish Giant, was short listed for the Dulwich Picture Gallery's Fairy Tale competition.
"This conventional interpretation of the classic Oscar Wilde story is embellished with a confident pen line in homage to the High Victorian greats - Richard Doyle, Randolph Caldecott and Daniel Maclise. Here however it is used in a lighter, more inventive touch which brings the page to life in two layers, with the delightful little boy in blue in the foreground perilously clutching the tree branch as a foil to the pure page decoration behind him."
-Rodney Engen, curator of The Age of Enchantment

Hopefully my work has improved since 2007...

Moorfields
I recently spent a few weeks at Moorfields Eye Hospital in the medical illustration department taking photographs and scanning. I had a great time and learnt so much, here are some of the prettier photos I took:
